Cancellation/Refund Policies

The final payment for Dance Camp is due in full no later than May 1st, before each Dance Camp in June.

Cancellations made before May 1st will be assessed a $100 administration fee. The remaining amount paid will be refunded or credited towards a future camp.

Due to our commitments with the hotel in regards to room nights and food and beverage minimums, cancellations after May 1st will not be eligible for a refund or credit of any kind. There will be NO EXCEPTIONS, including medical reasons.
