Cancellation 

The cancellation fee is $100

If you need to cancel before May 1st due to any reason we will issue a full refund of your payment deducted from the cancellation fee of $100. Any cancellations made after May 1st cannot be refunded due to hotel arrangments

What to wear

We highly recommend wearing comfortable practice wear or fitness clothing.

Bring at least 2 pairs of shoes.

Bring a jacket just in case you get cold.

For the performance class, we highly recommend bringing a Black Outfit. 

Ladies – Black Top and Skirt 

Gents – Black Shirt, Black Slacks

For the Sunday Gala dinners we change the Theme yearly , we suggest to dress up to match the theme.

Tuesday Night White  Social Party- white clothing (shirt, pants etc)

Seating at the Gala dinners

If you are coming with a larger group of 6 or more people we will be happy to assist you and prearrange a table for you. Please send us an email. When you arrive at the camp and check-in, you will be able to preselect your Gala Dinner seat

Partner rotations during group classes

During every group, we do recommend and encourage participants to rotate and switch partners in the classes to help everyone to improve lead and follow skills.

Hotel

Mastery Dance Camp offers both hotel and no-hotel packages, giving our students an option to stay either at our hotel or a more luxurious one. Gold Coast Hotel & Casino is pleased to announce it was fully refurbished in 2024. 

Ballrooms

We do provide 5 huge, beautiful ballrooms that are less than a minute away from each other (and the casino) so you can easily change levels from class to class.

Refund Policy

Please read carefully. 

A Full refund will be given in the original form of payment minus the $100 cancellation fee for the Camp and Private lessons, if the request is submitted 30 days prior to the Camp. A 50% refund will be given in its original form of payment minus a $100 cancellation fee for the Camp and Private Lessons, if the request is submitted 14 days prior to the Camp. Any cancellations submitted less than 14 days prior to the camp will not be eligible for a refund or credit. 

We understand, there are unforeseen circumstances that may occur, and we will take each cancellation under personal consideration.
